Although there has been a tradition for the Albanians, art culinary event is such a turn. Making a profession in the field of gastronomy has turned Institute "Royal" in a school that is selected each year by tens of students not only from Kosovo, Albania but also because of the requirements that have restaurants and hotels for qualified cooks. With courses from 3 to 9 months Institute of Gastronomy "Royal" has opened this Monday the new school year of professional training. The chef also proud of this school administrator Beshiri, said that such courses not only for purposes of learning but also the promotion of new culinary creations home. Mediterranean cuisine is the chosen course, but many of the students of the Royal Institute which was created in 2011, following a parallel course Pasticceria. This completes the last of those giving the title chef!
