Categories Preparation for competition (5) Lectures and Media (6) Sports canesports (2) Competition

Thursday, November 6 I hold lectures on training and vegetarian at Ether factory in Oslo. Here I tell about my experience with vegetarian and sports - and there are plenty! It began three years ago when I had tacos blood counts and could not run 3 km without going. I will tell about how I went from this low point in order to conduct marathon, triathlon halvironman, 73 km stage race, Marka24 and many other races and triathlons. And how YOU can do the same.
At the lecture you will get tips and experiences on how to eat and how to train. Vegetarian food is fantastic foods that provide lots of energy and surplus to exercise - just putting together your diet properly. Here you will learn how you can do just that.
It is raw food chef Inger Kjærstad at Ether factory which is the organizer of the lecture. She serves my favorite smoothie and other vegan snacks along the way. It will also be possible to buy vegan products.
