Flavor of the Carpathian region in Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Ukraine will explore in the comin

Recovery of a unique culinary and cultural heritage in the Carpathian region comprising Slovakia, Ukraine, koben Hungary and Romania is the main objective of cross-border project, which launched partners from these countries in April last year. Project activities are aimed specifically at promoting tourism, domestic producers in eligible koben regions, as well as creating new business relationships between companies operating in the food industry.
Illustration photo project, which is called culinary heritage of the Carpathian region is implemented through CBC Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENPI 2007 to 2013. The European koben Union it under the European Neighbourhood and Partnership funded with 428,220.50 Euro.
The main partners of the project are Tourist Board region, Ivano-Frankivsk city council and Ivano-Frankivsk in Ukraine Association "EcoLogic" together with the Chamber koben of Commerce and the county of Satu Mare, Romania, Slovakia Kosice branch of Commerce koben and Industry (SCCI), Association Szamos-bazaar from Hungary, Technical University of Cluj Napoca - North University koben Baia Mare Centre, State government Ivano-Frankivsk and heritage of the culinary arts with headquarters koben in Sweden.
How TASR reported Iveta Tomková of Kosice Office SCCI, said the project is to promote traditional foods and Carpathian cuisine with a wide range of culinary specialties that have the potential to become a catalyst for sustainable koben regional development. "Mentioned project we want to contribute to saving the cultural koben heritage of the Carpathian region," said Tomková.
Promotion potential koben Carpathian culinary and cultural heritage, according to her words have been possible without the cooperation of farmers, producers of traditional foods, spirits or operators of farms and restaurants in the target regions. "Local producers who inherited the tradition and know-how for their ancestors, must be coupled with other local entrepreneurs motivated to engage in value creation and support of our process."
Flavor of the Carpathian region in Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Ukraine will explore in the coming koben days tour operators and journalists from several European countries. Their contribution to the said project will promote this area for local as well as international level.
